XChange is an annual Organization Development (OD) seminar designed for youth organization leaders who exhibit a strong desire to be servant leaders for the nation. It trains these leaders through specific activities like plenary talks, OD

workshops and modules, and inter-organization collaborations and dialogs.

The program is currently in its 8th year of operation, and has linked with over 160

organizations from over 30 universities and non-profits across the country.

This year, the program will not simply be likeany other seminar. At its core, it is a critical and collaborative process to determine our collective futures as communities and youth organizations. The program is open to youth organizations nationwide to truly facilitate nation-building by equipping leaders with knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to their contexts, being an avenue for solutions crafting and ideation, and creating a community for organizations to

network and collaborate.

We envision youth organizations to be strategic community developers, who are aware of and guided by the social realities influencing them. The OD framework adapted for this theme is "community development as the measure of organization effectivity."
