Assignment 3

For this assignment, I wanted to print the pusheen 3d model I created in the first assignment. Even though I also wanted to print out the drawer, it is too big and takes so long time. I did the printing in Tandon maker space because IMA's slot got filled out. Since I have some expeirence with ultra maker, it does not take me too much time to set the machine up and print. There are some issues I encountered though. I first imported my model directly to Cura and save it as g-code file on my laptop. But then I found out the Cura on my laptop don't have the setting of the Makerspace's printers. I have to send the file to Makerspace computer and used Cura there. So maybe I should just sent the stl file to the Makerspace computer and use Cura there directly.

Here is the final product. Luckily the printer did a great job. I thought that the donut and hands that hang in the air would be a difficult to print but it all worked out fine.
