Click on the "Start" button.

Then click on "Windows Ease of Access" on the menu.

The submenu will open.

Click on Magnifier.

The Magnifier can also be opened with a keyboard shortcut.

Windows key and Plus key.

The magnification can be increased by the plus and decreased by the minus.

Keyboard shortcut to increase size is Windows key and Plus key.

Keyboard shortcut to decrease size is Windows key and Plus key.
