The symbols library is on the left of the window.

Drag a shape from the window to a symbol.

The symbol will be outlined in green.

Release the mouse button to change the symbol.

Icons can also be used.

Move through the groups of images using the arrows at the bottom.

The dropdown arrow can be used to show groups of symbols.

The search option can also be used.
