Sonia Desai - Chairman

Hi everyone! My name is Sonia, and I’m a senior this year. I’ll be serving as your chairman, and I’m really excited to get to know all of you. A little bit about me—I love baking and I also love traveling and experiencing new places. I’m really looking forward to working together, building our team, and making this a great year!

Declan Yoo - 2nd VP Philanthropy

Sophomore at Sunny Hills High School, 3rd year in Assisteens, hobbies are camping, swimming, and skateboarding.

Saurin Mody - Secretary

Hi, my name is Saurin Mody and I will be serving as the secretary this year in Assistenns. I have been part of this organization for five years and have really enjoyed actively participating in helping our community. I am a rising senior at Portola High School and I am involved in my schools tennis, mock trial, and ethics bowl teams. I also enjoy playing sports and spending time with my family. I look forward to serving on the board for another amazing year of Assisteens.

Katelyn Tsi - Recording Secretary

Hi, my name is Katelyn Tsi and I am a sophomore at OCSA in the Culinary Arts and Hospitality conservatory. I have been in Assisteens since I was in 7th grade and am looking forward to being this year's Recording Secretary. Some of my hobbies include making beaded jewelry, listening to Kpop, baking, and getting boba with friends. I am looking forward to another great year with Assisteens.

Ian Williams - Teen Development Chair

My name is Ian Williams, I am in 11th grade at canyon high school. I have been in assisteens  since 7th grade, and I play water polo and swim. My favorite subject in school is history

Ryan Patel - Media Chair

Hi! My name is Ryan Patel, and I am a senior at El Dorado High School. I play high school and club volleyball. I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing video games, and going to the beach. I have been an Assisteens member since 7th grade and am very excited to serve as Media Chair for the 2025-2026 year!
