Assisteens governing body

Here is the Assisteens Governing Body for the 2022-2023 Assisteens Year

Chairs: The Co-chairs organize and run the meetings as well as assist board members with their positions. In addition, the Co-chairs keep written reviews on each activity and maintain a "program binder."

Membership Coordinator: The Membership Coordinator creates a membership list and reports it to the chapter. They are responsible for promoting membership.

Recording Secretary: The Recording Secretary records the minutes and events of each board chapter meeting. They provide these minutes to group, while maintaining a file on them.

Treasurer: The Treasurer is responsible for the collection and disbursement of funds, maintaining a record of all money in/out for the year, and submitting monthly reports for League meetings.

Media Chair: The Media Director is responsible for maintaining the website as well as handling any technology issues. They regularly update the website with information and pictures.

Communications Chair: The Communications Chair is responsible for updating the Assisteens Instagram page as well as posting pictures and reminders on social media regarding upcoming or completed events.

Philanthropic Chair The Philanthropic Chair provides information to all members on opportunities via Sign Up Genius, and reports on all projects to the chapter board.

Activities Secretary- The Activities Secretary is responsible for sending out monthly reminders regarding activities and events.

Fundraising Chair: The Fundraising Chair is responsible for planning and organizing fundraisers.

Teen Development Chair- The Teen Development Chair is tasked with setting up speaker series and group bonding events.

Parliamentarian: The Parliamentarian helps organize/plan meetings (if necessary) and ensures meetings are conducted according to guidelines.
