Registration FAQs

What if I need a refund?

You can request a refund up until January 21, 2026. Please email Jacquelyn Wilson at aslalibconference@aslalib.com if you need a refund.

How do I request an invoice for a Purchase Order?

We are no longer creating new invoices for purchase orders.

Can my bookkeeper pay for a group?

Yes. Paying by check: list all the attendee names on the pay by check form. Paying by card: share the Eventbrite link and ask the person registering you to enter their own information in the "Billing" portion of the order and the names of attendees and their email addresses in the "Ticket" portion of the order. This ensures that each attendee receives their own ticket and updates that are sent out via email.
