Registration

Conference registration is open. Please click on the link above to register. Online registration will close on Saturday, January 17, 2026. There will be no onsite registration.

Registration will be $200. ASLA members will receive a $50 discount when they use their membership email as the promo code.

If you are an ASLA Member, please enter your membership email as the promo code on Eventbrite. If you are having trouble or are a new member, please reach out to Jacquelyn at aslalibconference@aslalib.com for help.

Registration includes all scheduled conference events and lunch for Monday and Tuesday.

If you are a school library retiree, currently enrolled student, or library supervisor, please email aslalibconference@aslalib.com for information on registering.

If you are paying by check, you will need to complete the form above. Please note, it will take up to 24 hours to receive an invoice, after completing the form. Once payment is received, we will register you in Eventbrite. The last day to mail a check is Friday, January 9, 2026.

Registration FAQs

How do I request an invoice for a Purchase Order?

Complete the Pay By Check Form. An invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours of completing the form. Please mail the check and invoice to the address listed above. Once payment is received, we will register you in Eventbrite.

Can my bookkeeper pay for a group?

Yes. Paying by check: list all the attendee names on the pay by check form. Paying by card: share the Eventbrite link and ask the person registering you to enter their own information in the "Billing" portion of the order and the names of attendees and their email addresses in the "Ticket" portion of the order. This ensures that each attendee receives their own ticket and updates that are sent out via email.

What if I need a refund?

You can request a refund up until January 26, 2026. Please email Jacquelyn Wilson at aslalibconference@aslalib.com if you need a refund.
