CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS POLICY

1. AGE REQUIREMENT
Ask Around is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Users
under 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the
app in any capacity. By signing up, users confirm that they
are at least 18 years old.

2. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CSAE
Ask Around has a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual
abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes
but is not limited to:
- Sexual content involving minors
- Grooming or solicitation of minors
- Sharing, requesting or distributing child sexual abuse
material (CSAM)
- Any content or behaviour that exploits or endangers
children
Any user found engaging in such behaviour will be
permanently banned immediately.

3. CONTENT MODERATION
Ask Around employs the following measures to prevent
inappropriate content:
- Automated keyword filtering that blocks requests
containing sexual or inappropriate language before
they are posted
- A user reporting system that allows any user to report
requests or users for illegal, sexual, or inappropriate
behaviour
- All reports are manually reviewed by the developer
and acted upon promptly
- Users can block other users at any time

4. REPORTING CSAE CONTENT
If you encounter any content or behaviour on Ask Around
that you believe constitutes child sexual abuse or
exploitation, report it immediately through the in-app
report feature or contact us directly at:

All reports are taken seriously and reviewed promptly.

5. NCMEC REPORTING
Ask Around is committed to reporting any discovered child
sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for
Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline
at www.missingkids.org, as required by applicable law.

6. ENFORCEMENT
Violations of this policy will result in:
- Immediate removal of the offending content
- Permanent account suspension
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities
where required
