Represents their strand in the ACO Core Council

Assists the Strand Chairperson in leading the overall Strand Council and takes over in the event the Strand Chairperson cannot their obligations

Works together with the Strand Chairperson, Strand Secretary, Strand Undersecretary, and Strand Council in proposing, implementing, and evaluating strand-wide projects

Co-facilitates weekly Strand Council meetings

Aids the Strand Chairperson in maintaining a transparent working relationship with the Strand Coordinator regarding strand initiatives and student concerns

Aids the Strand Chairperson in relaying important information from the ACO Core Council, Sanggunian, and other administrative bodies to their constituents

Relays announcements that are specific to the Grade 11 students
