Represents the class in the ACO-SHS and Strand Year Level Council

Relays announcements of the ACO-SHS to their class

Oversees class projects alongside the Class Vice-President and Class Secretary

Coordinates the officers of their class and facilitates meetings

Represents the class in all external affairs which include, but are not limited to, the following:

• All Sanggu-wide projects (e.g., Planning of Duffy-Delaney Day, etc.)

• All ACO-wide projects (e.g., Ushering for events, facilitating in strand-wide projects, etc.)

Hears out class concerns and initiates class meetings when the need arises

Ensures a good relationship among their classmates and maintains a conducive atmosphere in the classroom by regularly reminding the class of their responsibilities

Maintains close coordination with their respective Strand Coordinator, Class Moderator, Class Officers, Strand Council, and other necessary Administration

Elected by students of the class

Leads the handling all internal affairs of the class which include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Class projects (e.g. Magis Projects, Salu-salo, Christmas Party, Class Committees, Classroom Decorations)

Maintains close coordination with the Class President, Class Secretary, and Sports Beadle in facilitating the class, strand, and ACO-wide projects.

Collaborates with the rest of the members of the Strand and ACO Council in implementing various council-wide initiatives

Assumes the position of the Class President should the need arise

Ensures good relationships among classmates and maintains a conducive classroom atmosphere by regularly reminding the class of their responsibilities regarding cleanliness, punctuality, among others

Maintains close coordination with their respective Strand Coordinator, Class Moderator, Class Officers, Strand Council, and other necessary Administration

Elected by students of the class

Takes and collects minutes during class officers’ and general class meetings

Organizes and archives all class documents and project proposals

Handles all finance-related matters of the class (e.g. monetary donation collection, accounting of contributions, remittance of funds, etc.) under the supervision of the Strand Undersecretary and ACO Finance Officer

Coordinates with the ACO General Secretaries regarding class directories and constituency checks

Collaborates with the rest of the members of the Strand and ACO Council in implementing various council-wide initiatives

Elected by the students of each class

Represents the class in the Athletes' Council Sports Beadle Assembly

Promotes the physical well-being of all the members of their class and reports to their respective AthC Batch Representative to address any needs if necessary

Maintains close coordination with the Class President, Class Vice President, and Class Secretary, in facilitating projects within the class

Maintains close coordination with their respective AthC Batch Representative to ensure the proper implementation of AthC projects in their class

Serves as manpower for AthC projects

Appointed by the class's Guidance Counselor

Takes care of class concerns in relation to the Guidance Office

Attends meetings called by the Guidance Office

Advocates for the holistic wellness of the class

Reports directly to the Guidance Office
