The ComElec shall utilize two (2) main voting systems: the Plurality and Preferential voting systems.
The Plurality Voting System shall be utilized if and only if there is only one nominated candidate that is approved and eligible to be elected.
The Preferential Voting System shall be utilized if and only if there are two (2) or more nominated candidates that are approved and eligible for election. Refer to the embedded video for more information.

The ASHS Commission on Elections will spearhead the organization and facilitation of the 2022-2023 ASHS Year-End Elections. The purpose of this is to ensure that the electorate, composed of the current Grade 11 students, are able to elect the next set of leaders of the Sanggu-SHS for the next School Year. The elections will determine the following positions:
a. Sanggunian President,
b. Assembly of Class Officers (ACO) Vice President,
c. Athletes’ Council (AthC) Vice President,
c. Council of Student Organizations (CSO) Vice President,
d. Council of Student Committees (CSC) Vice President, and
e. Strand Chairpersons for ABM, GA, HumSS, and STEM.
The ASHS Commission on Elections will spearhead the organization and facilitation of the 2023-2024 ASHS Strand Vice-Chairperson Elections (SVCE) to ensure that all Grade 11 classes are able to fairly and justly elect the holders of the aforementioned position.
The ASHS Commission on Elections will spearhead the organization and facilitation of the 2023-2024 ASHS Class Officer Elections to ensure that all Grade 11 and Grade 12 classes are able to elect their President, Vice President, Class Secretary, and Sports Beadle.
Article XVII Section 1 of the 2023 ASHS Commission on Elections Electoral Code stipulates that the Council of Student Organizations are tasked to elect a District Head to represent each of their student organization districts for the School Year. A District Secretary is also elected for Districts that have more than 4 organizations under it.
