During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month.
I tend to use a cognitive behavioural therapy approach, which has been clinically proven to help with many mental health problems. However, I am also skilled in the use of many other therapeutic approaches. We will work together in a creative way in order to help you to achieve what is best for you. This may involve using different approaches to help you achieve the change you want.
