Branes, Balls, and Baryons

Matt Lippert has been awarded a $120k grant by the National Science Foundation to use holographic techniques to study systems from nuclear and condensed matter physics.

The US Dept. of Energy awarded SUNY OW a $1.15 million grant to support the LEAP-UP student research fellowships with Brookhaven National Lab.
