Important Dates:
December 31, 2020: Deadline for submission of extended abstract (maximum 800 words). Abstracts should be submitted by email to the two guest editors of the special issue.
January 15, 2021: Notification of abstract acceptance or rejection.
April 30, 2021: Deadline for full paper submission.

I am pleased to announce 1-2 opportunities for graduate students with quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills to participate in interdisciplinary research linked with smart cities. The main duties will be collecting and analyzing data related to typologies of smart city projects through literature/web search.
Some basic conditions/requirements are as follows:
- Familiarity with the concepts of smart city and resilience
- Skills in literature review and data extraction/analysis
- Period of employment: 3-4 months, 15-20 hours a week
- Compensation dependent on background and university rules
- Graduate student in a Japanese University or a University from Asia-Pacific countries
- Remote work is allowed
