Regarding the Japanese Government Scholarship (Monbukagakusho: MEXT), there are two ways to apply:
Through Japanese embassies or consulate-generals abroad. Please contact the Japanese embassy in your country.
Via university recommendation. Under this scheme, each university will recommend several candidates to MEXT following a preliminary selection process. Please get in touch with me for more information.
