Wisdom: Integrating excellence and stewardship

"In Case Management, we are often left to identify resources for patients that have exhausted all the traditional options for care. I love that Ascension provides my team with the ability to think outside of the box, partner with our joint ventures and care partners, connect directly with community resources, and support patients direct care needs through ways that we wouldn't be able to assist within other health systems."

"The reason our core value of reverence resonates with me, is because I cherish when I am able to bring dignity to the moments where my patients feel the most undignified. No matter what their reason for admission, their age, their gender, their beliefs, every person deserves to be treated with compassion and respect."
