  • Initiated procedure and patient exchanges between group practices starting in the Winter Quarter for D4 students

  • Established longer Central Services (Sterilization and Dispensary) Hours

  • Advocated for and Implemented Cross-Group Practice Appointments [within 24 Hours] (on same floor)

  • Created a more efficient Endo Mannequin workflow 

  • Proposed an Express Lane model at Central Services (Dispensaries)

  • Most number of vendors (and new) for Loupes Fair

  • Added new Orientation events for incoming D1s

  • Fundraised over $12,000 for school-wide activities

  • Hosted the biggest ever Halloween Costume Contest 

  • In collaboration with cultural clubs, sponsored and hosted the first-ever Multicultural Friendsgiving

  • Recorded the highest turnout for Faculty Appreciation Day

  • Uniform designation of Honors to be %-ile based - top 15% for all didactic/preclinical courses that offer honors designation 

  • 70% is the recommended passing rate for all didactic and preclinical courses 

  • Clarification of grade distribution for each course on syllabus 

• Collaborated with the Class of 2027 Cabinet to update CADE to reflect our changing clinic atmosphere

• Raised over $6,000 for ASB through ASB Auction through the leads of Vice Presidents (breaking previous record)

• Created a Spanish translation guide and service for PA appointments 

• Hosted an ASB Picnic with In-N-Out and Boba for the first time ever

• ASB Formal at Petersen with unlimited tacos and open bar, photo-op and booth, car simulators, and disposable cameras

• Increased GSA Funding received from last year

• New additions to the lounge including microwaves, banner, lounge chairs, canopy, wagon carts

• Doubled club funding for Spring quarter

• Newly established ASB Club Leadership Scholarship fund

• Establish class and alumni composites for EBB (new) as first step of new alumni composites to be hung across school 

ASB is the official student-run organization at UCLA SOD that represents the interests and voice of the student population. We meet with faculty,  advocate for students' interests, oversee various clubs and committees, and host events to further the wellbeing of our community.

We seek to best represent students accurately and for their best interest, and students are always our number one priority. Throughout the year, we host various socials and community events to celebrate our students' achievements and give back to our students.

The purpose of our organization is to:

1. Further cooperation among students and between staff, faculty, and students

2. Serve the interests of students of the UCLA School of Dentistry

3. Promote educational excellence at the UCLA School of Dentistry
