Please make your own accommodation arrangements using the information below.
Please note that this is the high season and it can be very crowded, so we recommend that you secure your accommodation as soon as possible.
So the conference will be held at 2 venues:
1) Sapporo Kanamoto Hall
2) Sapporo TV Tower Conference Room (2F)
-> Highlighted in Yellow below, 2-3 mins walk between the venue.
If you want to stay at a convenient location, staying at either neighborhoods 1, 2, or 3 would be convenient, and they are all connected by the same subway line, or if you want to, you can always walk a bit.
1- Sapporo Station (JR/subway) area
2- Sapporo station (subway) area
3- Odori station (subway) area
There are plenty of hotels in the neighborhood so we'd say book whatever looks reasonably priced...!
For example, when we searched on Booking.com, here are a few we found that are reasonable:
1. Tokyu Inn Sapporo Station North Exit
2. Tokyu Inn Sapporo Susukino Kosaten
*2nd one is going further down away from Sapporo station maybe a station or two, and is in the middle of the entertainment district so you won't have a hard time finding places to eat and hang out, but it is quite lively till later in the night.
