Mathew 24-28, Mark 1-2
Fact: Mathew 28: 18-20 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
Insight: As we obey to go to make disciples; we have all authority in heaven and earth to do so and the Lord is with us always!
Deed: I commit to, go and make disciples knowing that I have all authority and the Lord is with me always, So, Help me, God

Mark 3-9
Fact: Mark 7:6 He replied, "Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites; as it is written: " 'These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.
Insight: It is possible to display a godly demeanor and vocabulary before people and yet be godless.
Deed: I commit to, true to my confession and obey God’s word, that I may honor God with my heart and be close to Him all the days of my life, So, Help me, God

Mark 10-16
Fact: Mark 14:3 3 While he was in Bethany, reclining at the table in the home of a man known as Simon the Leper, a woman came with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, made of pure nard. She broke the jar and poured the perfume on his head.
Insight: The woman ‘gave’ to Jesus a costly perfume, women love perfumes, and she gave what she loved; it could have been due to her loyalty to him or what He had done for her. The cost of her giving is notably very high. She did this in the home of a former leper, the venue of one's giving doesn’t matter provided the Lord is there.
Deed: I commit to, give to the Lord my best and what costs me, because it cost Him His very life to save me, So, Help me, God

Luke 1-7
Fact: Luke 5: 16 But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed. Luke6:12 One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray, and spent the night praying to God.
Insight: Jesus, Though the Son of God, prayed often, went in quite places to pray, prayed for whole night, how much more should I?
Deed: I commit to, pray often, to seek the grace of prayer, to spent more time in prayer than I have had in the past, So, Help me, God

Fact: Luke 12: 34 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Insight: We value what costs us, what concerns us.
Deed: I commit to, give time and resources to the Kingdom of God that it may be my concern always. So, Help me, God

Fact: Luke 18: 28 Peter said to him, "We have left all we had to follow you!" 29 "I tell you the truth," Jesus said to them, "no one who has left home or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God 30 will fail to receive many times as much in this age and, in the age to come, eternal life."
Insight: Serving God’s Kingdom is not in vain; the sacrifices and obedience are under surveillance by God and He will reward each.
Deed: I commit to and serve in the kingdom of God without reservations. So, Help me, God

Luke 22-24, John 1-4
Fact: John 3: 28-30 You yourselves can testify that I said, 'I am not the Christ but am sent ahead of him.' 29The bride belongs to the bridegroom. The friend who attends the bridegroom waits and listens for him, and is full of joy when he hears the bridegroom's voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete. 30 He must become greater; I must become less.
Insight: When you know your purpose there is no room for jealousy, nor inferiority, there is only confidence and joy in Knowing you are in God’s will, Like John.

Fact: John 8: 31-32 To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. 32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.".
Insight: True discipleship is in obedience – holding to the teachings. The word of God liberates the consumer from the influence of sin hence freedom to dwell in the Kingdom.

Fact: John 15: 7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you.
Insight: Remaining in the word – obedience to the word of God is a pre-requisite to answered prayer.

John 19-21, Acts 1-4
Fact: Acts 1: 8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
Insight: The Holy Spirit’s Power is a pre-requisite to being a witness of Christ. The Holy Spirit will empower and convict men and women of their sin, we need him to witness effectively.
Deed: I commit to, walk in obedience to the word of God and to the infilling by the Holy Spirit of God That he may empower me to be an effective witness. So, Help me, God

Acts 5-11
Fact: Acts 10: 34-35 Then Peter began to speak: "I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism 35 but accepts men from every nation who fear him and do what is right.
Insight: Salvation is open to all people just as to the Jews; all people can experience closeness to God like the Jews and receive the Power of the Holy Spirit in a similar manner as the apostles who were with Jesus.

Fact: Romans 13: 1 Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. God has established the authorities that exist.
Insight: God has put up the leadership around us, both in the church and in the government. It is the Lord who allows both to exist and to perform their purpose.

Fact: 1Corintians6: 19-20 Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your body.
Insight: Christ owns us soul, heart, and Body, His Spirit lives in us and therefore all we do must please Him. The Lord has a right to our bodies because He purchased and redeemed us to God.

Fact: Galatians 6: 22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law
Insight: To live beyond the law, we need to bring forth the fruit of the Spirit. This way we will live a life beyond reproach.
Deed: I commit to, experience growth in the Lord to bring forth the fruit of the Spirit in my life. So, Help me, God

Fact: Philippians 1: 12-13 Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed--not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence--continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, 13for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose
Insight: When we obey, we get to the level where God’s will take over our will and he now works in us His will, because He is resident in us.

Fact: 2 Thessalonians 3: 7-9 For you yourselves know how you ought to follow our example. We were not idle when we were with you, 8 nor did we eat anyone's food without paying for it. On the contrary, we worked night and day, laboring and toiling so that we would not be a burden to any of you. 9We did this, not because we do not have the right to such help, but in order to make ourselves a model for you to follow.
Insight: We ought to learn to work for a living, even if it is our right to receive, it is good to model hard work for all believers, lest we model lazy and idle believers.

Fact: 1 Thessalonians 4: 15 Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress. 16 Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers
Insight: Our salvation should be obvious to those around us, through our dedication and pursuit of godliness, our success in these will influence others to follow suit.

Fact: Titus2: 2 Teach the older men to be temperate, worthy of respect, self-controlled, and sound in faith, in love and in endurance.
Insight: Older people in faith play a key role in mentorship and are often role models, to play these roles well they need to be temperate, self-controlled with lots of love and endurance.
Deed: I commit to, develop and possess the character of a mentor and be a great role model to the younger men. So, Help me, God

Hebrews 2-8
Fact: Hebrews 5: 7 During the days of Jesus' life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission.
Insight: Prayer indicates our submission and reliance on God, Jesus, though God demonstrated this and God heard Him. We ought in the same vein to pray always as Jesus did.

Fact: James 4: 7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Insight: The pre-requisite to resist the devil is submission to God, that way you have the backing power to overcome.

1 John 4-5, 2 John1, 3 John1, Jude, Revelation 1-2
Fact: Jude 5-6 Though you already know all this, I want to remind you that the Lord delivered his people out of Egypt, but later destroyed those who did not believe. 6 And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their own home--these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains or judgment on the great Day.
Insight: Our position in the Lord requires consistent walk in obedience to be sustained. It is a journey of obedience and reliance on God. It is a journey in which we are engaged always not on free gear lest He rejects us.
Deed: I commit to, be faithful to the end, through daily obedience to God’s word and His instructions. So, Help me, God
