Mathew 24-28, Mark 1-2
Fact: Mathew 28: 18-20 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
Insight: As we obey to go to make disciples; we have all authority in heaven and earth to do so and the Lord is with us always!

Mark 3-9
Fact: Mark 7:6 He replied, "Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites; as it is written: " 'These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.
Insight: It is possible to display a godly demeanor and vocabulary before people and yet be godless.
Deed: I commit to, true to my confession and obey God’s word, that I may honor God with my heart and be close to Him all the days of my life, So, Help me, God

Mark 10-16
Fact: Mark 14:3 3 While he was in Bethany, reclining at the table in the home of a man known as Simon the Leper, a woman came with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, made of pure nard. She broke the jar and poured the perfume on his head.
Insight: The woman ‘gave’ to Jesus a costly perfume, women love perfumes, and she gave what she loved; it could have been due to her loyalty to him or what He had done for her. The cost of her giving is notably very high. She did this in the home of a former leper, the venue of one's giving doesn’t matter provided the Lord is there.
Deed: I commit to, give to the Lord my best and what costs me, because it cost Him His very life to save me, So, Help me, God

Fact: Luke 5: 16 But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed. Luke6:12 One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray, and spent the night praying to God.
Insight: Jesus, Though the Son of God, prayed often, went in quite places to pray, prayed for whole night, how much more should I?
Deed: I commit to, pray often, to seek the grace of prayer, to spent more time in prayer than I have had in the past, So, Help me, God

Insight: Serving God’s Kingdom is not in vain; the sacrifices and obedience are under surveillance by God and He will reward each.

That joy is mine, and it is now complete. 30 He must become greater; I must become less.
Insight: When you know your purpose there is no room for jealousy, nor inferiority, there is only confidence and joy in Knowing you are in God’s will, Like John.

Insight: True discipleship is in obedience – holding to the teachings. The word of God liberates the consumer from the influence of sin hence freedom to dwell in the Kingdom.

Insight: The Holy Spirit’s Power is a pre-requisite to being a witness of Christ. The Holy Spirit will empower and convict men and women of their sin, we need him to witness effectively.

Insight: To live beyond the law, we need to bring forth the fruit of the Spirit. This way we will live a life beyond reproach.

Insight: We ought to learn to work for a living, even if it is our right to receive, it is good to model hard work for all believers, lest we model lazy and idle believers.

Insight: Older people in faith play a key role in mentorship and are often role models, to play these roles well they need to be temperate, self-controlled with lots of love and endurance.
