Uniform and Jacket Check-in Day

It is now time to return your uniform and jacket. Please turn in your CLEAN uniform and jacket on Friday, November 1, at the cross country shed at the track between 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. Please place these items in a plastic grocery bag, and make sure your name is on a slip of paper in the bag. DO NOT take your items to the office.
If you do not return your uniform and jacket on this date, you will be charged $10 per day until these items are returned.
If you have extra uniforms, jackets, or other items found at meets, please turn those in too. There was a boys uniform jersey left at the League Championships. If this belongs to you, let me know asap. Also, a cross country jacket was lost at the Thornton Invite. Let me know if you find this as you are gathering your items together to turn in.

Cross Country Banquet

The banquet for Arvada West Cross Country will be held on Thursday, November 7, at 6:00 p.m. in The Commons at Arvada West High School.
Cost for dinner is $10 per person - money will be collected at the door. You can pay cash or check made payable to Arvada West High School. Please RSVP number of attendees to Della by Wednesday, October 30.
We are in need of pictures and videos from our races, which will be shown during our banquet. If you have pictures or videos you would like to share, please upload them to a Drop Box and send the link to Della or save them to a jump drive and give to Della by Wednesday, October 30.
We look forward to seeing you at the banquet!

Gym Lockers

If a cross country athlete would like to have a gym locker, they must go see a PE teacher and purchase a $5 lock from them. Please bring $5 cash. The athlete can then choose a locker in the athletic locker rooms. Locks must be purchased BEFORE school starts in the morning. Locks are available on a first come first served basis.

Important Information - Cross Country Policies and Information Packet
The following items should be read in their entirety, as important information is contained within. All athletes and their parents must sign and return the acknowledgement page in the Arvada West High School Cross Country Policies and Information packet (page 9). We must have this signed page returned before your athlete can compete in a meet. Please give to Coach Cassandra no later than end of practice on Friday, August 23. This packet will be sent out after our Parent/Athlete Meeting on Thursday, August 15.

UPDATED! Arvada West High School Fall Sport Parent/Athlete Meeting - Mandatory

6:00 p.m.
We have an updated time for the Cross Country Parent/Athlete meeting on Thursday, August 15 - our meeting will now take place at 6:00 p.m. in the Auditorium at Arvada West. Good news is... You'll get home earlier! Our Athletic Director Mr. Volk will still hold the fall parent/athlete meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Gym. This meeting is mandatory for all cross country parents/athletes.
