- All artwork created by me is copyrighted to me. However, any personal, trademarked, or copyrighted characters are the rights of their respective creators.
- I may post commissioned drawings on any site I wish to share the drawings unless requested by the client to not post them. And in such event, same applies to if I choose not to post drawings, I may allow to post it if the client requests it.
- Clients who commission my drawings have permission to repost the drawings commissioned and are asked that they credit the artwork back me.
- You do NOT have permission to copy, recolor, retrace, or alter drawings created for you to claim the whole drawing as your own creation. However, you may ask permission to add on to any drawings you commissioned (linearting, coloring, etc.) whether it be by you or another artist provided that you give proper credit me and the artist you commissioned from. You are responsible for abiding by any other artist’s terms of service as well.
- You may NOT copy, recolor, retrace, or alter commissions produced for you to reuse commercially unless granted permission by me and fair compensation is discussed and determined.
- I can provide preview sketches of a drawing unless it is a non-color sketch. However, I will NOT send you a completed commission until payment is paid in full for the commission.
- Clients who commission my drawings may ask for minor edits in a commission after the drawing it complete for free if they notice an error in the drawing or change of idea. What constitute as minor edits it a small item removal, color change, small pose repositioning, etc. I will allow up to two (or three depending on complexity) free of charge. Additional edits will be subjected to additional charges.
- All sales are final. A down payment is requested before the start of a commission as commitment to the sale. If a cancellation is requested during progress of a commission or if a failure to pay occurs, the down payment will be kept by me as it is non-refundable.
- I have the right to refuse and or terminate service to any person or persons that:
- I have had troubled history with or has unreasonably failed to pay or has refused to pay for a requested drawing;
- violated the "Courtesy Customer Commitment" agreement by commission squatting or under ban for commission squatting (described under Process & Payment section);
- requested a commission that is not within my allowed ratings or comfort to draw;
- requested a drawing that promotes hate or highly insensitive communication;
- requested a drawing that contains copyrighted characters. The only exception is if the creator or company has allowed such sell.
