Help/FAQ

This section is to maybe answer some questions easier that you may have. Remember that if you still have questions that are not answered on this page or anywhere on this site, feel free to contact me.

How do I order my commission?

You can go to Place My Order located in the navigation bar at the top of the pages here. Then just simply follow the instructions and fill out the form that is on the page.

What are your prices?

My commission prices varies based on style, type, size, detail, etc., so it'll be impossible to sum up in a simple answer. However, you can view my price chart for estimates on the home page here or on my various social media/art sites which you can find in my Contacts, or you can view individual and detailed prices located in the Price Rate section here.

What is the difference between cell shading and smooth shading? Are there any price differences?

Cell shading has crisp defined lines for shading while smooth shading has blurred lines. You can see examples of the differences at the bottom of the Semi-realistic (Bleux) or Toony style price pages. There are no differences in prices at this time.

May I post my commissioned picture on my social media/art accounts?

Yes, you may post your picture on any site as you wish. Just please provide credit back to me as the artist and avoid violating any of the Terms & Conditions of posting.

What is the difference between headshot, bust, and full body options?

It is just an estimate portion of view you'll see of a character in a pic. (See the example below to get an idea.) The option selected should be base on the character with the most view shown in a pic. Exceptions may be negotiated depending on complexity of the second character and/or subject.

Ex: If there are two characters in a image, one of them is close up in camera view to only show half a body but the other character is shown in full view in the image, then full body should be chosen in the commission form when requesting a commission.

Can I upgrade my commissioned sketch to a more detailed picture?

Sure! You can upgrade sketches, color sketches, linearts, and flat detail pics to a higher detail pic. Just contact me for your request and you only have to pay the difference of the higher details picture and the current detail picture you have that you want to upgrade. You may also do this for Patreon reward sketches and such as well.

Can I upgrade my commission that I had got from another artist through you?

It is possible, but to make sure I don't come into conflict with another artist's rules on their artist, I would ask that you find out from your respective artist if you have permission to have another artist add on to their artwork.

Do you charge for edits?

If it is a very small edit or an error on my part for missing a detail, no. Otherwise, yes I do charge for edits. The smallest charge for edits is usually around $2 - $5, but depending on complexity, it could be more.

Can I use your artwork to sell prints?

Only after you are given permission by me and we have negotiated fair compensate for you commercializing my artwork.

Can I use your artwork as promotion for an event?

Yes, noncommercial use of my artwork is fine. I would only ask to give proper credit.

Can I request my picture to be private or held off from posting until a certain time?

Sure, you can. Just contact me about it so we can discuss it.
