I immediately felt at ease in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Brian's talents lay in his ability to draw out your innermost thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental place of healing. His methods are effective and facilitate change at a fundamental level. He seems to have a natural ability to help people become their best selves. To help us rewrite the scripts that limit us and keep us from achieving our true potential.

Hello Brian,
Thank you so much. I greatly appreciate your time, your guidance, and your wisdom. 🙏🏽
I had the best sleep I have had in a long time, last night. Lots of dreaming too, although I can't recall the details.
I took a long walk by the bay yesterday afternoon, and really felt the energy of Mother Earth. It was lovely!
Take care, and continue spreading your light.

Hypnotherapy and NLP make sense together and Brian does both really well. He encourages you to step outside of your normal behaviours and uses your own words to help reinforce positive thought. Very insightful and a worthwhile experience.

Through the Art of Well-Being Hypnotherapy, I have back the true inner ME, the one lost over the decades. Now, my anxiety is minimised, my panic of being out in the big world has lessened, my depression rarely visits me, basically I have said my goodbyes to my traumatised past and moving FORWARD into a different path of a bright future, one where I am happy, joyful, creative and active. Allowing myself to just give hypnotherapy a try was a massive step for myself, it was so worth it! I didn't have to believe in it, it proved it self to me just by allowing it to do it's magic.
Thank you Brian

Curiosity motivated me to undertake a Quantum Consciousness Experience (QCE) into aspects of my life that I have always found a little puzzling. The aspects include dreams, visions, waking experiences, and intuitions that for the last five years seemed to flow more and more into one another. As I enter the later years of life, I want to explore in depth and integrate the how and why of the aspects so I may better understand and appreciate who I am now. The session was a life-altering experience. I was able to suspend personal judgment and challenge beliefs about soul experience in a way that I can only describe as circular (timeless, now) rather than linear (past, present, future). It sounds esoteric, but the whole experience was grounded and concrete. I found the facilitation non-invasive and the content that came through highly credible. I appreciated Brian's gentle and supportive presence in creating a safe and sacred space, and value how he truly allowed it to be my journey as a client into integration and expansion of self connecting with others. Thanks Brian!

I want to do a big shout out to Brian from Art of Well - Being Hypnosis. Brian has been helping me with my pain levels over the last 3 months, after having 9 surgery over the last 4 years. As this left me fighting each day to move around, doing the simple things was extremely hard for me. I've been using opioid type medication which are very addictive. I didn't like the way it affected me on a daily level, not to mention all the side effects. I've been working with Brian since late October. I now feel I've got the conferences to start driving again. I had only been able to do short drives before I started working with Brian, but I never drove any further then 5 to 10 kms from my home as I would be left in terrible pain. I'm back at work, I'm able to do all my jobs at home with ease most of the time. When I have overdone it, I just organise Brian for a session of Hypnosis. That night I sleep like a baby for a full 7 to 8 hours. The next day life is back to normal, feeling on top of the world. When people say if you don't have you health then you have nothing, it is so very true. If your reading this and you feel trapped with a condition that you feel you have tried everything, I'd like to encourage you to contact Brian at Art of Well - Being Hypnosis.

Struggling to maintain balance in my life, I came to Art of Well-Being Hypnosis for an alternative solution to create long lasting change. I was very impressed with the diverse range of treatment techniques Brian incorporates in to his sessions. With Brian’s warmth and guidance, it has given me insight to identify those patterns and behaviours that trigger stress, in a comfortable and safe environment. Coupled with Brian’s powerful suggestions, I am now moving forward as I’ve learnt to slow down, let go of external influences, and be more present in own journey.
I am forever thankful to Brian for his kind, ongoing support and genuine care.

I went to see Brian with what had become a very acute phobia of flying. After 3 sessions I flew. Not only was I not afraid but I actually enjoyed the experience, as I used to years ago. I couldn’t recommend Brian highly enough!

I've been seeing Brian for a short while now and what can I say... I LOVE HYPNOSIS!! For me it has been "Life Changing". Why such a cliché? Because I decided to make a change in my life and the techniques facilitated by Brian using "Hypnosis and NLP" have been an extraordinary catalyst. Mind, body, heart, health and happiness combined with the deepest form of relaxation I have ever experienced. I was originally targeting "Pain Relief", needless to say I have not taken an anti inflammatory since our first session. A powerful statement, but understanding my own limits of physical pain and how it manifests has enabled me to become more active and less dependent on pain relief medications. I do admit to taking paracetamol for the occasional headache. Now for the domino effect..... No pain meant I was free to be more active! I'm overweight! I have struggled with weight loss for a long time. I've joined a gym and I'm more active and love my gardening again. It just seems easier to eat the right foods and enjoy healthy living. I don't feel like I'm making sacrifices and I want to keep moving and getting results. Motivation..... this is no longer a dirty word, thrown about by all the do gooders of today and seemingly the key to everyone's success, pardon the lol! I don't have a problem with motivating some else to success but would leave myself on the sideline. This is no longer the case. I have clarity and direction and no longer a head full of chatter tiring me out. My house is clean, I'm more organised, my work life is more productive, I'm calmer and so much happier. Is there a noticeable difference? Yes there is. My friends and family comment continuously about there's just something different about you lately! I smile more. I
feel happier from the inside out. I'm more confident and my self esteem has never been this buoyant and alive with future possibilities. I'm seeing who I am...... and I like who I see! I'm loving my laughter and the new found freedom and friends I am making. I'm connecting with LIFE. Art of Well-Being Hypnosis is unlocking all the closed doors for me, but more powerfully it is giving me the keys and the freedom to open and close them by choice!
Thank you Brian for helping to change my life.

Acknowledging and expressing my gratitude to those who take the time to write about their experiences is a wonderful practice and why it's important to show my appreciation.
