Marcus Raul Morales is a native Central-Texan driven by his love of music and performance. His brand of ambience-forward blues and rock ‘n’ roll recalls the stylings of Jonny Lang and Pink Floyd. With a rotating cast of world-class Austin musicians, his full band moves a crowd into dance with ease while bringing them a listening experience distinctive and original in the Texas music scene. 

Damned If You Do..., and Electric Waves, Morales’ latest singles produced by Chris "Frenchie" Smith, was released on all streaming platforms. Damned If You Do... is a fresh take on blues expression - a field of music that, at times, can be congested with mediocrity while punctuated by greats. 

Electric Waves is an ode to the heady days of new love, told with alternative power pop bravado. It features Fastball’s Joey Shuffield on drums, the upbeat ballad recalls the whimsy of The Flaming Lips and Spiritualized. 

Both singles represent the 15+ years Morales has spent refining his methods and exploring modalities through performance to present a renewed spirit on the classic genre.
