Alastair Greene

Alastair Greene is a multi-charting Top 10 Billboard blues rock artist. Fronting a power trio, Alastair, (who has drawn comparisons to Gov’t Mule, ZZ Top, Johnny Winter and Cream with his albums and live shows), celebrated his 20th anniversary as a solo artist with a two-disc live album Live From The 805 in 2018 on Rip Cat / In-Akustik Records. Alastair’s 2020 album The New World Blues and 2023 album Alive In The New World were produced by Tab Benoit for Benoit’s Whiskey Bayou Records.

Alastair Greene’s rock credentials include eight years of international touring on guitar and vocals with the Alan Parsons Project (2010-2017), and major dates with Starship featuring Mickey Thomas. As a blues player he has been a featured performer at the Big Blues Bender and the Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise, and criss-crossed the globe touring with Sugaray Rayford’s band (2018 - 2019), which was nominated for a 2020 Blues Music Award with Greene. 2021 through 2023 saw Greene touring cross-country in support of Tab Benoit, headlining his own club shows, playing major festival appearances, as well as supporting Walter Trout on recent tours of Europe and the UK.

Alastair will be releasing a brand new studio record in 2024 on the Ruf Records label. Label president Thomas Ruf raves, “Alastair Greene paid his dues with rock greats like Alan Parsons and Starship, and after years of performing his own brand of Blues Rock, it's exciting to see him realizing his full potential. We are proud to release Alastair’s forthcoming album.”
