Not respecting the rules can potentially lead to a warning notice judged on a case-by-case basis.

When a Vendor receives three warning notices, the Vendor's contract will come to an end and the deposit will not be given back. Then a date for moving out is going to be decided and the Vendor will receive the last payout after leaving.

If the situation grows to any kind of dispute, the Vendor's contract will come to an end immediately, the last payout will not be given and the rent deposit will not be given back. Then the Vendor will have no more than 7 days to collect their products, display, and/or shelf. If not collected within that period, the items and display will become the property of Artist Alley shop and disposed of or used as it sees fit.

Depending on the extent of non-compliance with the rules, we have the right to directly expel and ban anyone from our shop.

Any incivility toward our team and our store will lead to legal pursuit against those concerned.
