Restocking and Overstocking
Restocking and Overstocking
Vendors are allowed to come restock their products during store hours at any time but not at the closing hours after 6 pm.
Restocking is allowed every day except for Saturday.
Vendors can leave extra stock in the backroom area of the store, this stock will be added to your shelf by our team as needed, to replace sold merch.
Each shelf rent tier gives you a different amount of space in the backstock room -
Entry shelf - one spot of overstock, maximum size allowed of your box : 30x40x15H cm
Discovery shelf - one small spot of overstock, maximum size allowed of your box : 30x20x15H cm (it is half the size of the entry, so if you decide to upgrade later you'll just have to add a second box of the same size)
Wall spot - one large spot of overstock, maximum size allowed of your box : 30x40x25H cm
Large Wall spot - two large spots of overstock.
Your overstock box must have be clear and have a readable sign of your artist/business name on each side.
All your products in the box must already be labeled for sale.
An overstock box is highly recommended to ensure uninterrupted sales, but it's not mandatory, and you can simply come to restock your shelf when needed.
Vendors Duty
As a Vendor, you are asked to keep your product quantity always high.
You will be contacted by email when your stock is low and needs to be restocked.
If your display allows it, the minimum product quantity displayed on your shelf should be at least 3 units per design, unless the product is too voluminous, too expensive, or unique.
Worst case scenario, if a vendor is not consistent with keeping a decent amount of stock over long periods of time and after repeat requests, it can lead to a warning notice.
