• Entry Shelf - 300+tx CAD/month. You get a ready-to-use spot in one of our shelves. -The spot is 34cm wide and 31cm deep, with 4 shelf levels (4 times 34cmx31cm). The height on the top layer can be used up to 80cm, the lower layers have a height limit of 34cm. 

The shelves have pre-installed lights, and you'll have one entry spot for Overstocking in the backstock area.

• Wall spot - 380+tx CAD/month. For a wall spot, you'll need to bring your own shelf. The size of the spot is 2' wide (61cm) x 300cm (wall height) x 45cm depth, with one spot for Overstocking in the backstock area.

You can customize the shelf however you like provided you don't exceed the width limit. We recommend you to have shelf lights to give your products a better presentation. 

We accept a margin of ~4 inches (10 cm) wide bigger than the spot for the size of your shelf.

The margin is not an extra area available to display more products, it is only here to give flexibility and to accommodate shelves that might not exactly fit the given area.

You can use the wall for signage or to display your art prints.

You can drill on the wall to hang your display and products.
Most wall spots are placed on our 2nd floor.

• Large Wall Spot - 470+tx CAD/month. The size of the spot is 3' wide (92 cm) with the same height and depth as the wall spot.

The conditions and pros are the same as the regular wall spot, but you are getting a better exposition and more space to display your products.

You will also have access to two large spots for Overstocking.

Most large wall spots are placed on our 1st floor.

• Discovery Shelf - 150+tx$ for a one-month term. Size is half of the entry shelf. Dimensions are two cubes of 34x31x34cm

No 3-month initial lease term. No deposit. Spots are limited. You have access to one small spot for Overstocking.

The artists displays on the two top layers and the two bottom layers will be swapped after 15 days to ensure a fair exposure.

The Discovery spot can be renewed after at least 3 months have passed since completing another Discovery cycle.

All Vendors must commit to a 3-month initial lease term and the amount of one month of their plan as a deposit. (Except for the discovery shelf) Your deposit will be returned at the end of your last month after ending your contract. 

After the first 3 months, the lease renews on a monthly basis.

If a vendor wants to end their contract, they are allowed to do so after the initial 3 months and have to give no less than 1-month notice. 

IMPORTANT - Freeze period: We don't allow the ending of your membership in the months of December, January, and February. 

The price of the rent may be subject to future changes. In the case of an increased rent, it will not affect your current lease cycle. 

Sub-leasing a spot to another artist is not allowed. 

Vendors residing outside of Montreal have the option to ship their displays and products to us. Our team will set up your shelves based on the instructions provided. A setup fee will apply for this service. Subsequent restocks can be sent to us free of charge.

Setup Fee Rates:

• Discovery Shelf: $30 + tax

• Entry Shelf: $50 + tax

• Wall Spot: $70 + tax

Please note, if modifications to your display are requested in the future, the setup fee may be charged again, depending on the scope of the changes.

Fee Collection

Vendors keep 100% of their earnings. A 16% service fee is charged on the customer side to cover our business expenses.

The shelf rents payment start the day you start vending in the shop and is collected automatically the same day of each month from your start date.

In the case of a late payment, your payout will be withheld until the payment is made. We will send you a late notice after 5 days of not receiving the payment. 

Your contract will be terminated, your products will be removed, and your deposit will not be given back IF: 

• Your payment is late for more than 15 days.

• You receive more than 3 late notices in the span of 6 months
