Play = Return
Test Animation = Command + Return
Step forward and backward by a frame = , and .
Extend Frame = F5
Create Keyframe = F6
Create a Blank Keyframe = F7
Selection Tool = V
Sub-Selection Tool = A
Classic Brush Tool = B
Paintbrush = Y
Pencil Tool = Shift + Y
Eraser tool = E
Zoom in = Z
Zoom Out = Z + Option
Pan around the Canvas = H (or) Spacebar
Rotate the Canvas = Shift + H
Video 1: Intro to the Interface
In this video I introduce the Adobe Interface, demonstrate how to customize it, and finally I show how to save projects and manage scenes within projects. If you're new to Animate, I highly recommend starting with this video. Remember if I'm going too slow you can always put it at 1.5 speed in YouTube's playback.

Video 2: Intro to Adobe Animate Tools
This second video focuses on the Toolbar in Adobe Animate. Particularly Brush, Pencil, Selection tool, SubSelection Tool, and the Pen Tool. This video also shows different techniques to quickly zoom in/out, pan, and rotate your canvas while working on your creations.

Video 3: Importing Images and Audio into Adobe Animate
In this quick video I go over how to import your Turnarounds, import Audio, and finally keep your projects organized in a quick and easy manner.

I forgot to mention in the video. Once You import your audio into Animate (import a .wav file)
Select the Audio Layer
Go to the Properties Panel > Sync > Change from "Event" to "Stream"
This will make it so you can scrub through your timeline, rather than having to playback f

This video goes over how to properly use the Animate Timeline. Particularly in concern to pose to pose animation.

F5 - Extend Frame
F6 - Insert Keyframe (copies and pastes current frame)

Video 5: Importing Video Files Into Animate
If you prefer to create your Keyframes in outside programs like Callipeg or Rough Animator; you can import those rough animations into Adobe Animate for Cleanup
Video 6: Exporting Movies From Adobe Animate
If you wabt to export H264s from Animate, I go over all of that in the first 8 minutes. Animate is not setup intuitively, so this video shows how to avoid certain issues.
The second part of the video goes over exporting PNG sequences, which is one possible way to get your projects into programs like After Effects for compositing.

IF your Movie doesn't have sound when you export it....
Go to File > Publish Settings > Click on the Audio Stream: Blue Text
A pop-up window will appear.
2. Change Compression to RAW
3. Change Sample Rate to 44kHz
(If you still have problems with audio, it might be a good idea to take your animation into either After Effects or Premiere and then add sound back in there)
