Water Rates & Fees

Water usage is based upon monthly meter readings conducted by Water & Wastewater Services. Invoices are sent out at the end of each quarter by Pearson Financial Services.  The quarters are:

Jan - Feb - Mar Apr - May - Jun Jul - Aug - Sep Oct - Nov - Dec

The water usage fee includes the costs of installing, operating and maintaining the water system, repairs to broken water mains and connections, water meters, and funds for long term projects such as the replacement of the water mains. Water is precious so please use it wisely and conserve.

Please note:  To be mindful of water conservation and costs, you will be provided notification if your water usage is in excess of 5,000 gallons per month.  This will alert you to higher water usage and/or the possibility of a water leak.  Average quarterly water usage varies depending upon property usage/occupancy and water usage for landscaping.  Water is precious, please conserve wisely!
