Isaac Gleason serves as the Human Resources and is the Lt. Colonel's primary staff officer for HR-related matters. He is responsible for directing, coordinating, supervising, and training the HR staff.

In the Chief of Staff's absence, he ensures that the Deputy Chief of Staff is kept informed of current and developing HR situations, maintaining seamless continuity in HR leadership and decision-making.
