Authorized ETP Types
The Chief of Chaplains considers exceptions to policy on a case-by-case basis for:
Age
Education (GPA)
Service (TIG & AFS)
Experience (PWE)
Applicants must possess unusual skills or professional qualifications fulfilling a specific need to justify an exception to policy.
Applicants will submit a request for an exception to policy (ETP) through their recruiter to the OCCH for consideration.
In order to submit your exception for the Chief of Chaplain’s consideration, please submit the following documents:

Endorsement Statement or DD Form 2088
Age Waiver Applicant Consent Memo
GPA ETP
GPA ETP
Qualified applicants must have a 2.5 GPA and above
