Thank you for your interest in applying for U.S. Army Chaplaincy. Below is the complete packet required for your chaplaincy application. You and your recruiter will work together to complete the application as some documents must be pre-generated prior to your signature.
The application process is broken down into 4 Phases:
Eligibility Validation
In-Person Processing (medical & background check)
Board Documents (essay, ministry resume & memos)
DOW & Department of the Army Documents
In order to initiate your application, all Phase I requirements must be submitted in a timely manner; Additional documents will follow as we move forward with the process. The first five items are critical and are the most time consuming to complete; Please be proactive in completing the items listed so that we can maximize the time needed for the review process of your application prior to the packet deadline.

Applications for Active-Duty or Army Reserve Chaplaincy require a 3-5 minute Sacred Communication video submission

This report must display the U.S. equivalency, GPA and total credits.
