Rent the dancehall for your event
The dancehall is a great place to rent for your event! Its 2000 sq. ft. interior room can flex to fit almost any occasion:
The main open space is filled with a large oak and maple dancefloor, which can be partially or fully carpeted for a banquet or concert event;
The south end of the room contains a 200 sq. ft., carpeted, raised platform that is perfect for a wedding or other ceremony, live music or other performance;
A thick partition curtain can easily be pulled across the width of the dancehall to create a separate 600 sq. ft space at the main entry end, for a lobby area or meeting room;
Additional features:
Great PA system and excellent acoustics;
Ceiling-mounted, 10 ft. movie screen and projector, plus laptop;
Story & Clark upright piano, Kawai MP10 electric piano, acoustic guitars, and percussion instruments on site;
5 tables and 80+ chairs on site, more available if needed;
Separate 325 sq. ft. dressing room with kitchenette just steps away from the dancehall building, and available for use as a band lounge, bridal party HQ, catering storage, or other purpose.
Large fire pit surrounded by log seating (firewood provided) and adjacent designated smoking area;
A 250 sq. ft. covered "picnic porch" with BBQ (propane provided), tables and chairs;
Fully-landscaped property contains a beautiful Pollinator Pathway Garden filled with variety of flowering trees, shrubs, and perennials.

Accessibility:
Double-door entries with covered porches on two sides make it easy for guests to enter and exit;
Free parking for up to 10 cars on site, including a designated wheelchair-van spot, plus dozens of other free parking spots within 2 blocks;
Entries and walkways are accessible for wheelchairs and other mobility devices;
Separate restroom building adjoining the dancehall contains a standard restroom plus a large, wheelchair-accessible restroom with shower and dressing table;
Located on Arivaca's "main street", near grocery and hardware stores, gift shop, artist gallery, and cantina, with multiple options for lodging within 1-2 miles.
How many people can fit inside?
For a seated event with banquet tables and chairs, plus food-serving tables: 60
For a concert-type event with 8-9 rows of chairs plus a generous open space for dancing: 90
For a standing event: 120
Rental fees and other information:
The base fee is $40.00 per hour for use of the dancehall building and restroom building, with a 2 hr. minimum. Includes use of all tables, chairs, and carpets as needed.
There is an additional fee for use of our PA system or the movie screen/projector/laptop setup;
There is an additional fee for use of the separate 325 sq. ft. "dressing room" and the outdoor picnic porch, fire pit and firewood.
If your event includes food and/or liquor service, you must provide proof of all required permits.
