   On those terms of use below Argjiround Guide Tour (referred  as “AGT”, “we”, “our” or “us”) wants to notify you (the user of our website and services, referred as “you”, “your”) about your rights and liabilities. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, so you will get aware of your rights and liabilities during the time you will use our website or attend our services. After you have read them you can decide if you can use our website or not.

You are fully aware and understand therefore accept all our terms by using our website and services (tours, experiences, activities and accommodations).

 If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you warrant that you have the access to bind that business that you are representing to our terms and conditions. In that case, the “you” and “your” will be applied to that business. You are fully aware and understand therefore accept all our terms by using our website.

Website Usage

You agree to use this website on a properly way.

This website is powered and protected by Google LLC, but in any case we are not responsible for any of your device dysfunction.

You must not attack the Argjiround Guide Tour website by any form of Cyber-Attack and Denial-of Service. By this act you are committing a crime under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and the Albanian National Agency of Information Society (Agjensia Kombëtare e Shoqërisë së Informacionit) Law Nr.7895 (Ligji Nr.7895) and you will get reported immediately to the liable authorities for disclosing your identity to them. Your right for reusing our services will be prohibited.

Protection

Your data are protected under the Albanian Law No. 9887 date 10.03.2008 on protection of personal data, the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC GDPR(General Data Protection Regulation) and the UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

They are never going to be shared with the third parties on any case. The only exception of sharing these data is the Albanian Government and legal authorities or International organization (eg. OSCE, International Court of Justice Hague, Inerpol etc.) through the Albanian authorities  for violation of any law by your side.

We may use your information on an anonymized form for statistical purposes (nationality, food type, tour sales and number of customers).

Payment

   The payment for the services is going to be proceed as "On-Site Payment" before you start your activities. The payment is accepted only on cash.

Cancel refund policy

   You can cancel your booked activities every moment by contacting us. For changes of time for the booked  activities please contact at least 6 hours before the starting time, otherwise you may be restricted by using our services again. Your booked activity may be canceled by our side due to weather conditions, health conditions, or natural damages issues (fluids, earthquake, fire, snowstorm, pandemic, epidemic etc.) or great political issues (civil war, invasion war, strikes, protests etc.).

 Due to specific conditions you may not access all the mentioned services and our side did not offer an alternative substitution service as compensation of impossibility to offer the inquired service, you will get an 20% refund immediately on cash. Argjiround Guide Tour is not liable/responsible for any lost object of you during your attendance of our activities. For that you will have to ask the liable authorities of the government.

Copyright and intellectual property

Argjiround Guide Tour and Mico's family is the legitim owner of "Argjiround Guide Tour" name, AGT logo, Argjiround Guide Tour Website (argjiround-guide-tour.blogspot.com), its Sub-Website (https://sites.google.com/view/argjiround-guide-tour/home) and all its content and products packages' image as part of its own intellectual property right.

These data are protected according to Law Nr. 35/2016 date 31.3.2016 for the rights of author and other rights related to them "Ligji Nr.35/2016 datë 31.3.2016, Për të drejtat e autorit dhe të drejtat e tjera të lidhura me to" and the Copyright law of the EU and its own three directives, Copyright Term Directive 2006, the Information Society Directive and the Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market. 

You are not granted any right to use, and may not use, any of our intellectual property rights other than as set out in these Terms or any special  permission.

No part of the Website, including, without limitation, the text, designs, graphics, photographs and images contained in it, may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, re-posted, modified, transmitted or distributed or otherwise used in any way for any non-personal, public or commercial purpose without our prior written consent. 

You may download material from the Website only for non-commercial and personal use by your side.  Any usage of our content without our written approval with the purpose of personal profits will be illegal and immediate measures are going to be taken.

Follow the guide

Argjiround Guide Tour is fully committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all is customers that are attending our premises and to providing a secure and entertaining environment for every member of that purchase our products, tours or experiences. Participant must follow the guide’s  instructions for their safety during the tour. Disruptive behavior may result in your removal from the tour without any refund. In case of any question for any emergency ask the guide. Acting in your own may result on health or property damages, wich we are not responsible for.   

Changes & Updates

The website term and conditions may change by our side due to the changes of the government law changes. Please, check always our privacy policies for your privacy protection.

Lost objects

We are not responsible for any lost property by your side during the tour. Also there is no obligation to bind AGT for a refund to you for the lost property. We will try our best to cooperate in the finding of your property, but we have no monetary responsibility. We will cooperate as a moral way to do the right thing by helping someone who may need help.
