Argjiround Guide Tour uses your data in order to proceed with the preparation or customization of the activity you have requested. The data we collect from after the time you have booked for an activity are:

2.       Age/ birthday

3.       Nationality

4.       E-mail

5.       Phone number

6.       Allergy

7.       Diary, type of consumer (Vegetarian, Vegan, Non-vegetarian etc.)

These information will get stored and protected on our server only for the activity well performance. We will use them according to the EU GDPR, UK GDPR and the Albanian Law Nr.9887 for personal data protection, date 10.03.2008 “Ligji Nr.9887 Për mbrojtjen e të dhënave personale, datë 10.03.2008” only for the activity organization purpose”. They are never going to be shared with the third parties on any case. The only exception of sharing these data is the Albanian Government and legal authorities or International organization (eg. OSCE, International Court of Justice Hague, Inerpol etc.) through the Albanian authorities  for violation of any law by your side.

We may use your information on an anonymized form for statistical purposes (nationality, food type, tour sales and number of customers).

Why we need that?

We need that data for the well performance of the activity offered to you. Those data will be immediately deleted 5 days after the ending our the activity you have bought.

Ask a copy of your chat/conversation

You can ask for a copy of your conversation via e-mail, SMS or any text messaging applications you may use for contacting with Argjiround Guide Tour within 2 days after the activity you have participated on AGT.

Social media marketing

   Within your consent we can take some pictures during our activities for marketing purposes. You are not obligated to accept for that one condition. Furthermore you can request a copy of your pictures taken by us during the activities.

Entries, comments and reviews

We appreciate your opinion. It helps us improve our business’ service and we are really grateful for that. Your comments and reviews made by you on our website will be visible at our website for all the time the website is going be active. If the website is  going to be under constructions your entry (comment/review) will be saved on our server until we are going to republish the reconstructed website together with your entry (comment/review). Please, use a proper language and behavior while you are writing your entry (comment/review). Every improper language that express offence, insulting, racism, health disability related bulling, religion offence and any other form of abusing will considered as a cyber bulling form. It is going to be removed immediately from our website and if it is on the third party platforms (Google review, TripAdvisor, Booking etc.). We will restrict you from writing entries on our website again. You will be reported as a cyber-bully to the authorities.

   Our website does not use any cookie, third party application or any type of tracking application for your device’s personal data such as IP or device type. The only products used are those of Google LLC and Google Analytics, since this website is powered by Google LLC, and the currency convertor API of "ExchangeRate-API" used at currency section. You have the right to request for accessing, correcting or deleting your personal information at any time you want. You have the right to be informed about the usage of your personal data. You have the right to be protected by data stealing. You have the right to withdraw your consent for proceeding of your personal data for marketing reasons by Argjiround Guide Tour. You have the right to get informed for the content of the product/activity you buy.
