Microwave Band Frequencies
Silent Sound Technology (The Silent Sound Spread Spectrum) SSSS
Extreme Low Frequency (ELF) Type Weapons
The Frey effect, named after American biologist Allan H. Frey, occurs when microwaves cause the brain to “hear” ordinary sounds, like loud noises, ringing and even human voices. These can be the result of stealth attacks with sonic weapons. Dr. Allan Frey, biophysicist, and engineering psychologist determined that radiation could cause audible buzzes or clicks. Microwave radiation (as that was the kind of radiation emitted from the radar mentioned above) could be heard by humans but not in the same way that sound waves are perceived. According to Frey, it occurred in the brain itself where tiny electrical fields were generated by the microwaves interacting with the brain cells. This phenomenon was called ‘microwave hearing’ and it is also known by the name ‘the Frey effect’. Some of the workers claimed that ‘microwave hearing’ was accompanied by side effects such as dizziness and headaches and that signals of radiation could be heard by them even at 100m from the radar.
Silent Sound Spread Spectrum is new technology that involves planting inaudible subliminal programming into the subconscious mind. Unable to be perceived by the conscious mind, these messages can be delivered through digital TV or radio, as well as by other means. Once television transmission was changed from analogue to digital, there was a freeing up of the ultra-high frequency range where connection could be made to the subconscious mind. Since we cannot hear sounds at the UHF level, messages sent UHF can enter the subconscious without being consciously perceived.
Remote Neural Monitoring is a form of functional neuroimaging, claimed to have been developed by the National Security Agency(NSA), that is capable of extracting EEG data from the human brain at a distance with no contacts or electrodes required. It is further claimed that the NSA has the capability to decode this data to extract sub vocalizations, visual and auditory data. In effect it allows access to a person's thoughts without their knowledge or permission. It has been alleged that various organizations have been using Remote Neural Monitoring on US and other citizens for surveillance and harassment purposes.
