Our team

Led by our Mayor Lucy Donnelly, Deputy Mayor Dara Martin and Student Council President Chloe Fenton, 5th and 6th class took on this fun and necessary project. The entire school community, staff, parents association, B.O.M and the wider community were also consulted and encouraged to get involved. Sub committees were formed as a result.

Parents Association: Our wonderful parents were involved in the upcycling and hydro dipping projects- Lorraine McCarthy, Fiona McCormack and Bernie McHugh and the entire parents community.

B.O.M : Environmental research on a larger scale with regard to a more sustainable school model through composting led by Pj Murphy.

County Council: led by local councilor Tom Farrell, we have received his support and a promise to push our agenda at a community level.
