Pond.mp4There was a pond in our backyard. It was used as reservoir to feed the cows. We learn to swim in it and once we sailed a boat. Linda tests the water then dives in swims around and returns to the board. She holds her nose and jumps in. Beverley is the strongest swimmer. She now dives over Linda. . We then use fence posts as floats and paddle around. Great fun. The three, Alan, Linda, Beverley, of us then dive in one after each other. We tried out our new Moth sailboat that my dad had built in the basement.
