The "AO Academy" site which you're currently browsing is our main menu/resource for our classes.
However, we use a 3rd party registration service, "orgmyrange" (a.k.a. "ePro") to handle our actual booking and payment collection. We understand that their service may not be straight-forward or user-friendly for certain purposes so please use the following guide to help you with the registration process.
Do keep in mind that all class participants will likely need to create an account on ePro in order to register for lessons. Information you provide to ePro will not be used for ANY purpose other than for registration and to provide you with essential communications regarding your class and possible openings for class options following your enrollment. For ease of registration for future lessons/leagues/etc here at Archery Only, and due to orgmyrange.com policy, you MUST create an account through them in order to register.
The next page shows you the current season of available classes, or when future classes are going to be available. The "Start Date" represents when classes for that season are available, and the "End Date" represents when the type of class you're trying to register for will no longer be available for the season. If a "Start Date" is in the future, it means that there may not be any currently-scheduled classes, but future classes are available for registration. If there are no available sessions listed on this page, it means that no current or upcoming classes of that type are available/planned.
Select all participants you'd like to enroll. If you created multiple accounts on accident, or have multiple accounts under the same name, just select the most recently created one. If you're enrolling multiple people at the same time, ensure all desired names are selected or use the "+ Add Family Member" button to add more people.
By default, the "Select All" button will be checked. If you're only signing up for one class, unselect the checkbox next to "Select All", then reselect your desired class by clicking on the date's box. Selected boxes will turn gray while unselected boxes will remain white.
Ensure you have signed your waivers and selected your shooting division. Click on the hyperlink that displays a text similar to "Sign Waiver" or "Click to Sign" to view and sign the general waiver.
Before paying, ensure that all the information in your cart is correct. You may be unable to go back and make changes past this screen, even if you use ePro's "Return" or "Back" button.
Once you've confirmed that you're being charged the correct amount and you've provided all the registration information for your desired participant(s), insert your card information then press "Pay" to complete your registration. You should receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of your booking time.
