Teams Browser

first, you need to make sure that you have Microsoft Teams on your apps bar.

if you dont have it, install it.

click on it and make a new account using random characters. then, click continue. review the terms of service or another window in Teams until you get the option to sign in with Github. click the Github icon after you click Sign in with Github. then, while on Github within the Teams window, click on the Github search bar and search "Google". then, there should be a link to the right that says "www.google.com". click it. 

secondary rate limit

if you go on this browser too often, you will recieve a secondary rate limit from Github. to bypass this, click on @GithubStatus, or any other Twitter link that appears. then, while on Twitter, click on Sign in With Apple. while on Apple, search up Youtube in the Apple search bar. then, while looking at the Youtube app, scroll down and click "visit developer site". this will bring you to Youtube. you can stop here, or you can continue to Google by clicking on the Youtube settings/widget bar. then, click on Terms of Service. scroll down to a Google license link at the bottom. click on it. you have bypassed sucessfully.
