make a bookmark of chrome://kill as "B" and chrome://hang as "C" 

click the 3 dots and make it so that bookmarks stay visible

put extension A, B, and C aligned and easy to access

go to extension A, immediately click extension B, then start spamming extension C - after about 4 clicks into spamming extension C, do CTRL + R to reload the page, and keep spamming extension C afterwards for about 5 clicks.
