ALTERNATIVE: get a usb and download stuff from https://locker.phinugamma.org/swf/ on a home computer and put it on your chromebook (use any of the first five links as they lead to directories with actual games. the rest of the site is just a dump of random 2000s stuff). internet archive also has some swf files.
