Our library is a gathering space for reading, playing, and creating. We have a beautiful collection of books for all ages, as well as board games and educational games.
We create stories, drawings, scenes, and crafts—anything we can feel and imagine—because we have materials, furniture, and a warm, welcoming space. Everything has been made possible through self-management, solidarity, and donations from friends, family, and community members.
Currently, the library is hosted in a space generously loaned by the Development and Training Center of the NGO Alma Cápac.

MOBILE LIBRARY
In May 2023, AQUÍ library was born in Cerro Azul's central park. We shared a small collection of donated books in the public space for free, performed readings aloud, and played games with attendees. Since then, every week, AQUÍ library has gone out to public squares, the boardwalk, educational institutions, and the beach of Cerro Azul to read, play, and create in community.
