Describe the Picture

A. What you need 必要なもの

a) a recording device or a website 録音できる機器（スマホのアプリ等）またはウェブサイト（vocaroo.com等）

b) a notebook or a computer (Word, Pages, Google Docs) ノートまたはコンピュータ（ワープロソフト）

B. Process 学習の仕方

1. Look at a picture for 25 seconds (use the timer). Meanwhile, practice what you are going to say.

Useful expressions（便利な表現）:

• • In this picture, there is/are...

  • be + --ing: (example) He is sleeping. / She is reading a large book. / They are eating a meal together.

2. Describe the picture for 25 (or 40) seconds and record it.

3. Listen to the recording.

4. Write down what you said.

5. Think about what more you can say. Write them down in English or Japanese (if you write in Japanese, translate it to English).

6. Practice reading aloud the writing. Record it, then listen to it.

7. Repeat (1) through (4) without reading your notes.

8. Go over all the images.
