Oral presentation guidelines
Guideline for the onsite presenter (Oral Presentation)
The conference presentation will be set in a hybrid format (Onsite and Online), where the onsite format is the primary format.
The conference will be held at Mandarin Hotel Bangkok Samyan, Thailand, on 29-30 November 2022.
The time for the oral presentation is set to be 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. If the time for the presentation exceeds 15 minutes, the session chair will force you to wrap up the presentation and shift to the Q&A part.
All presenters must submit their presentation files (PowerPoint and PDF formats are preferable) to the central computer in the presentation room 15 minutes before the session starts.
In case of COVID-19, If the onsite participant cannot join the conference due to the COVID-19 issue, please get in touch with us immediately.
Guideline for the online presenter (Oral Presentation)
For the online presentation, Zoom is the primary online platform (The zoom link will be provided to the registrants’ email on 25 November 2022 weeks). Based on this, for the zoom registration process for joining as an online participant, please use the same name as stated in the registration process. Regarding this, if you have any problems, please email us at apru2022@eng.chula.ac.th.
We suggest the online presenter submit the presentation file (PowerPoint and PDF formats are preferable) before the event starts. Based on this, the presentation file should be submitted to the staff via this email before 23 November 2022, 23:59 (GMT+7). The preferable presentation files are PowerPoint and PDF formats.
The format presentation time will be set to be the same as the onsite. The session chair will physically control the presentation at the physical event. In this case, if the online presenter wants to ask about any issues with the progress, you can ask or raise the question in the zoom chat box. Our staff is willing to support you with your problem immediately.

Poster presentation guidelines
The guideline for creating the poster presentation are as follows:
The poster size of A1 (594 mm x 841 mm) in vertical format
At the top of the poster: abstract ID, research title, abstract
Underline and Bolding presenter’s name
The corresponding author required an email and affiliation
You can freely create any design for your poster.
For this event, the poster presentation can be done in two ways:
Onsite presentation
The board for the printed poster will be available on 29 November 2022. Register at the meeting venue.
The presentation time for each poster is set to be 5 minutes, including Q&A.
The session chairs will move around the poster presentation zone and listen to all of the poster presenters.
Online presentation
Upload the poster PDF and video record of 5 minutes to the given email by 23 November 2022. Please email us at apru2022@eng.chula.ac.th with the subject [Poster presentation] Abstract ID
The online presenter should stay in the provided zoom breakout room to answer the session chairs’ questions.
