Oral presentation guidelines

Guideline for the onsite presenter (Oral Presentation)

The conference presentation will be set in a hybrid format (Onsite and Online), where the onsite format is the primary format.

Guideline for the online presenter (Oral Presentation)

For the online presentation, Zoom is the primary online platform (The zoom link will be provided to the registrants’ email on 25 November 2022 weeks). Based on this, for the zoom registration process for joining as an online participant, please use the same name as stated in the registration process. Regarding this, if you have any problems, please email us at apru2022@eng.chula.ac.th.

We suggest the online presenter submit the presentation file (PowerPoint and PDF formats are preferable) before the event starts. Based on this, the presentation file should be submitted to the staff via this email before 23 November 2022, 23:59 (GMT+7). The preferable presentation files are PowerPoint and PDF formats.

The format presentation time will be set to be the same as the onsite. The session chair will physically control the presentation at the physical event. In this case, if the online presenter wants to ask about any issues with the progress, you can ask or raise the question in the zoom chat box. Our staff is willing to support you with your problem immediately.
