About RDM

Risk and Disaster Management program (RDM) is the multidisciplinary master’s degree program under the Graduate School, Chulalongkorn University.

“ Always prepared, Timely response, Mitigating loss. ”

The program is designed to develop students who must have expertise and ability in researching. Graduates are expected to work in the field that is related to risk and disaster management, both in government agencies and private companies. We also aim to serve the country’s need in risk and disaster management and tries to achieve the long-term goals in disaster risk reduction and mitigation.

Moreover, our students will be a part of working networks in the field of risk and disaster management through activities, classrooms, research, and field trips. They will have chances to mingle with other students from different backgrounds in the field and emphasize a holistic view of knowledge integration from physical science, health science, social science, and engineering.
