I have taken leadership roles within school projects to improve patient flow, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. As part of my core education classes in my MSN program, I helped plan and test changes to reduce wait times, working closely with classmates. This experience strengthened my skills in problem-solving, communication, and advocating for beneficial strategies. Below is a case study example completed by myself and three other classmates.
