There is a lot to learn in this course and the professors make it quite easy by being very supportive and helpful so that every one of our questions and doubts get solved. This course is the absolute definition of how an Applied Statistics course should be. Regular classes, assignments and online laboratory sessions are taken which prove to be very helpful. This course pretty much covers everything - from basic level statistics to some advanced statistics using machine learning. This is a perfect combination of statistics and coding, which makes it challenging as well as fun. I’m really glad that I could be a part of such a wonderful experience. 

This course fulfils the bridge between Bachelors and Masters by providing us detailed classes in building the concepts from the introductory to advanced topics. The workload of the tight schedule is a little bit more because of the short time and delay caused due to COVID-19. But the professors make it easier for us by promptly responding to our doubts. 

Whilst studying in this course, I developed and improved on many vital skills such as team-working, communication, project presentation and the value of these skills for my future career. I gained many skills to help me as a self-dependent learner. The professors are very helpful and energetic. We have learned the applications of Statistics. All over, this course is very interesting. I am happy to be a part of this course.

The course of Applied Statistics and Analytics in MAKAUT connects knowledge and applications by detailed classes and builds  the concepts from the introductory to the advanced levels. Here we can see mathematical theories melts with the computer programming and this thing improved my vision to statistics. Our professors are guiding and mentoring us the best way possible. 

This course was merged between statistics and data science and provided us with compact knowledge of applied statistics along with the coding. Professors are too nice and humble, more than that they are very helpful towards students. Also, it helps us to get a better understanding. We can gather our industrial experience by doing interesting hands-on projects and virtual practical labs. Indeed it's a perfect combination of learning and practising. 

This course of Applied Statistics and Analytics is a wonderful course,introduced by this University. Regular classes, assignments and online laboratory sessions are very helpful to understand this course in depth and perform practicals. The professors are really helpful and they guide us in every possible way ,so that we can learn this course in a better way. Here,we are given term projects in every semester,which we need to present in front of everyone and by doing this,we can improve our public speaking.Taking up this course has really helped me a lot in all the aspects ,from coding to gaining knowledge of how the methods are actually working. I’m glad to be a part of this course. 

MAKAUT's Department of Applied Statistics and Analytics is a brand-new programme with a strong curriculum. This department's staff are well-versed in their fields, with some having worked in industry, which is beneficial to students. This course is completely industry-focused, which is in high demand in today's market. Although the tight schedule can be challenging, it is more important than any course in our PG curriculum. The faculty in this applied course taught students how to address real-world problems, which is extremely useful for students looking for work in the business. This hybrid mode course starts with theory and then moves on to solving pertinent real-world problems.
