Ladies and gentlemen, distinguished guests, and esteemed colleagues,

It is with great pleasure and heartfelt gratitude that I extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you on behalf of the Founding President of the Asia Pacific Laser Institute. We are honored to have friends, participants, and renowned guest speakers from around the globe gathered here today. I would like to highlight the presence of two Presidents from the esteemed Academy of Laser Dentistry (ALD), the world's most renowned society in Laser Dentistry. This year, President John Graeber (2015) will be offering the Standard Level Certificate Program, while President Grace Sun (2025) will be conducting the Fellowship Level Certificate Program.

In this vibrant city of Taipei, experts from various corners of the world have convened to share their expertise and unveil the latest advancements in Laser Dentistry: Diode laser applications, and Photo-BioModulation (PBM). This congress aims to provide an innovative platform, transcending borders, for delegates to learn, connect, and exchange knowledge.

Taipei, a city of immense diversity and modernity, offers an enriching experience beyond the conference halls. I encourage you to seize this opportunity not only to expand your professional horizons but also to immerse yourself in the dynamic and captivating atmosphere of Taipei, creating lasting memories.

Dear esteemed attendees,

I’m Dr. Kai Seng Tan, as the President of Asia Pacific Laser Institute (APLI), I am honored to have organized our special offline meeting which will take place on 28th and 29th October 2023 in the beautiful city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

For the first time ever, MegaGen Implant Global and APLI are joining together to introduce Digital Implantology and a wide range of laser wavelengths to revolutionize our daily dental practice, especially in the management of peri-implantitis. 

So we have prepared many wonderful international speakers and exciting topics in an engaging and inspiring format to share this innovative technique to approach painless, efficient, and minimal invasive implant surgery, from pre- surgery to maintenance.
